My role
Owned discovery, backlog shaping, stakeholder alignment, and delivery trade-offs across product, engineering, QA, support, and client-facing teams.
Architecture
API-led integration between Microsoft 365, CRM services, authentication, activity capture, and audit-friendly synchronization flows.
Outcome
Created a cleaner advisor workflow that linked daily communication to client records and improved confidence in captured engagement history.
Key learnings
Product value came from workflow fit as much as integration depth; reliability, permissions, and clear error recovery mattered most.
